CANCELLATION POLICY

Nail Theory Policy No Refunds ● We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. Once a service is completed, the payment is final. Correction Policy ● If you are dissatisfied with your service, we will be happy to correct the issue on the spot at no additional charge. We want you to be happy with the result, and we will work with you to ensure that your expectations are met. No Corrections After Leaving ● Any corrections must be done while you are still in the salon immediately after the service. ● Once you leave the premises, we will not be able to accommodate any corrections. Please inspect your nails before departing to ensure you're satisfied with the service. Broken Nail Replacement (Within 72 Hours) ● If a nail breaks within 72 hours of your service, we will replace it at no additional charge. ● Please return to the salon within the 72-hour window to have the nail fixed or replaced. After 72 hours, any repairs will be subject to a charge. Lateness (Does not apply to walk-ins) ● To respect the time of other clients and our team, we kindly request you to be on time if you have a scheduled appointment. No late fee will be charged. However, clients who arrive excessively late may have to wait for completion of other clients who are on time for their appointments. 12-hour Cancellation Policy (Does not apply to walk-ins) ● Appointments are of high importance, and keeping scheduled bookings helps keep our schedules on track. We realize that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice, if possible.
